Hey Team!
It’s that time of year again when i’m not only coaching reps, but coaching kids flinging and running with the pigskin.
Here’s something cool I heard this week:
Teams that “High Five” and/or pat on the back/helmet/backside, “dab-it-up”, “Bones” (teammate to teammate physical accolation etc.) win more games!
(source: Coach Cottle!)
What does that mean? I think it means coaching enthusiasm, and attitude is just as important as coaching technique and skill.
I think it also means, some of your best coaching moments come from teammates.
So many parallels exist between leading a sales team and a sports team- as I wrote about earlier, so I thought there’s no better time than now to open up the Stretch VP Playbook on coaching (compiled from some of the greatest coaches in the game).
So this week - It’s the most up to date Stretch VP database on Coaching for you as a sales leader.
THANKS for reading and enjoy!!
